All services provided by Konza Web Services Ltd (herein referred to as https://konzahost.com or simply “Konza Host”) may be used for lawful purposes only. The transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable national, state, or municipal law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material deemed threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets or other statutes. Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold Konza Web Services Ltd harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services that result in damage to the Subscriber or third parties.

Prohibited Content/Links

Sites promoting illegal activity or hosting content harmful to Konza Host’s servers (or any internet server) are strictly prohibited. Examples include:

• Pirated software, hacking tools, or warez programs
• Illegal MP3s, copyrighted media, or unauthorized distribution platforms
• Malware, phishing schemes, or spam-related content

WARNING: Accounts found hosting illegal content (e.g., pirated software, hacking files, or unlawful media) will be terminated immediately without notice. Konza Host reserves the right to report violations to the appropriate authorities.

Traffic Usage

All hosting plans include a predetermined monthly data traffic allowance. Exceeding this limit will result in account suspension until the next billing cycle or until an additional traffic package is purchased.

Server Abuse

IRC/IRC bots are not permitted on Konza Host servers. Any attempt to harm our servers, clients, or network will result in immediate termination without refund.

Refusal/Cancellation of Service

Konza Host reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at its sole discretion. Dedicated servers must comply with all policies except where resource limitations apply.

Invoicing & Payments

• By the Account Activation Date each month, Konza Host will:
  (1) Charge the credit card on file; or
  (2) Email/mail an invoice for services rendered.
• Payment is due by the date specified. Failure to pay may result in immediate termination.
• Insufficient credit/debit card funds will trigger a 24-hour notification to update payment details. Unresolved issues will lead to account suspension.

Service Fees

• Installation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for full monthly fees even if services are terminated mid-cycle (e.g., termination on the 15th incurs charges for the entire month).

Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refunds are available for cancellations within 30 days of sign-up.
• No partial refunds are issued for cancellations after 30 days or mid-cycle terminations.

Account Deactivation/Reactivation

• Accounts deactivated for non-payment require a 10% reactivation fee.
• 30 days’ notice is required for cancellations.

Limitation of Liability

Konza Web Services Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access, except where prohibited by law.

Amendments

Konza Host reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms
